We have been clients of Caring Heart Home Care Services for some 6 months with 24/7 home care assistance. My wife and I needed 24 hour care for my elderly uncle, and we needed to find some one as soon as possible. We searched numerous agencies and finally after interviewing several, we found Caring Hearts, who just stood out from the others. Mylene xxx, seemed to be really sincerely caring. And in the weeks since we’ve had Mylene’s caregivers taking care of my uncle, this has been proven every day. Our two primary caregivers, Estela and Julie, are absolutely wonderful; kind, loving, and very capable and qualified. My uncle has improved in every way, physically, mentally, and he is happy! Mylene has taken great care of us and we would highly recommend her agency to anyone.

Nearly a year ago, my wife Diane and I interviewed three highly recommended caregiver agencies for my 98-year-old uncle who had begun hospice He need 24 hour care. All three agencies were very good, but when we met and listen to Mylene Tovera, there is no question that she was the best to take care of my uncle! Myleene had the perfect blend of professionalism, qualifications, and definitely a caring heart! When we signed on with Mylene nearly a year ago, hospice gave my uncle 3 to 6 months to live. But, because of Mylene’s wonderful caregivers wonderful care, he made it nearly twice that long. And the three caregivers in particular we would like to thank our: Marilyn Redding, who did a beautiful job of taking care of my uncle weeknights, Marisa David, who not only took care of my uncle during the day times on the weekends, but also filled in when somebody couldn’t make it, and most importantly, his full-time weekday daytime caregiver, Estela Sarmiento whose unfailingly pleasant, energetic, and in an exceedingly capable nursing skills made my uncle as happy and healthy as he could be!

My Uncle has been a client of yours for a few years and he consistently gets excellent treatment from his caregivers, Agnes and Ann. They are kind and compassionate and very professional. My uncle likes to make jokes and tease them and they play along wonderfully.
Having had both my parents in a skilled nursing facility in the past I can attest to the difference in the level of care and attention my uncle receives. I know he is doing much better in their individual care and being able to still stay at home is invaluable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Mylene and staff for all you do, especially now when we are in the midst of a pandemic!
My mother is 92 years old and has been living alone and has taken care of herself for many years. She recently had a syncope, found herself on the ground, and has been bedridden for over a month. Mylene came to my mother’s home, assessed the situation, and spent over four hours getting my mom set up for her future needs. She gave me a list of things to order on Amazon prime immediately and brought over the most amazing health care aide named Alicia. Alicia is so loving, kind, thoughtful, attentive, and is an outstanding cook. The meals that she prepares for my mother three times a day are so healthy, well-balanced, incredibly creative, and so beautifully displayed that my mother feels like she’s in a five-star resort. I live about 85 miles away from my mother and Mylene keeps me updated on absolutely everything that’s going on with my mother’s care. I trust Mylene and Alicia with my mother’s life and I am so grateful to them for all that they do.
